Luxury 1st floor apartment on the Polaris World golf resort of Hacienda Riquelme. The property is fully air conditioned and centrally located close to the resort supermarket and facilities. It has impressive front line views overlooking the 18-hole golf course which forms part of the Nicklaus golf trail.

Available all year round with gas central heating provided for the cooler months and Full Air Conditioning to keep you cool in the heat of the summer. Close by is one of a number of large communal swimming pools and sun terraces. The resort centre and central amenities are also close by.

Living Space: The living space comprises of open plan lounge/dinner with patio doors to the large south facing front balcony which directly overlooks the eighth tee. Side views overlook the historic Hacienda buildings. Patio table and chairs provided, perfect for al-fresco dining.

Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen includes oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. An Iron and Ironing board are also provided.

Bedrooms: Two bright and airy twin bedrooms with linen supplied. In the master bedroom the beds can be zipped together to form a double bed. Patio doors lead out to the back balcony with a small table and chair set and views to the mountains.

Bathroom: Bathroom with bath, shower over, wc and bidet. Heated towel rail, towels and hair dryer are provided.

Parking: Underground Parking Space is provided.

The Resort:

A short drive from the small Spanish town of Sucina the resort is built on one of the most important country estates in Murcia and consists of low density apartments surrounding a stunning 18-hole, par 72 golf course by Jack Nicklaus, the historic 19th century Hacienda is the resorts central focal point. The Hacienda was the retreat of the Riquelme Family, descendants of Guillén Riquelme. The Newly Resorted Hacienda now forms part of the resort centre including a Supermarket, Bar, Restaurant, Cafe, & Golf Pro shop.

The Region:

Hacienda Riquelme is conveniently located within the region of Murcia which experiences one of the greatest number of sunshine days a year in Spain and an average annual temperature of 21º C. Many of the areas places of interest within easy commuting distance of the resort. The coast and unspoilt beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes away by car, while inland the City of Murcia is about 30 minutes and the port of Cartagena with its Roman amphitheatre about the same driving time in a southerly direction..
